Sites such as chatroulette allow users to talk to random strangers, but 99% of the time you end up staring at another dude jacking it. Fairly new to the game is Omegle. This software has much of the functionality of chatroulette, but it is text only by default and has one feature that I really like. A third party can submit a question and sit back and watch the conversation. Now, unfortunately, most people on the site are looking for sexy chats, but I have run into quite a few good questions that have turned into lengthy conversations.
